MPS has qualified an Airbus A320 FTD with collimated visual to the DGCA level 6 in India, allowing for a significant amount of training to be offloaded from the FFS. This MPS simulator is the first of its kind in India qualified to this level and embodies a new opportunity for high-quality training throughout the country not seen until now.
The ability to introduce MPS high fidelity fixed-based training devices in India is a great step forward in maximizing task to tool training, with pilots achieving the highest competency, at a significant price difference to other simulator options. This allows for competitive training costs and reduces barriers to entry.
