Transparent Issue Tracking
Whether your organisation has one or one hundred simulators, easy and transparent tracking of all your technical issues is provided by SimManager, MPS's online issue tracking system. Each client can create one or multiple logins with multi-level security settings so that instructors can also view open issues for a given simulator or enter new issues if they arise.
Primary Communication With Technical Support
Outside of issues which cause immediate simulator down-time, SimManager is the primary means for clients to communicate with our technical support team. As the status of each item changes, the client can keep real-time tabs on each issue, add more information or make enquiries.
Technical Documentation And Bulletins
In the SimManager, you will also find all documentation for your simulators, easily downloadable, usually as PDF documents. New documents and bulletins are also available for viewing and downloading.
