What is MPS doing?
From a solar-panel roof that powers our factory to the upcycling of retired aircraft once in active service, sustainability is embedded in every stage of our operations. We thoughtfully repurpose everything, from cockpit shells to seats and instruments, giving each component a second life while delivering the highest-fidelity, aircraft-specific flight decks. This transformation from legacy to leading-edge is powered entirely by renewable energy, generated by our 298 solar panels.
How do I benefit?
In many cases, MPS simulators offer a significantly smaller environmental impact than full-motion systems, both in their construction and day-to-day operation. The result is a smarter, more sustainable approach to training, with dramatically lower energy consumption and minimal maintenance requirements.

What is MPS doing?
MPS is a platinum sponsor and sits on the board of Aviall, a non-profit organization comprised of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) practitioners from across the aviation industry who share a common vision: an aviation industry that is diverse and inclusive. To help drive the D&I agenda, Aviall regularly organizes events, educational outreach programs for youth, development and mentoring, the annual Aviation for All conference, and networking events.
